Can I get jadavpur University with 11300 rank wbjee in any stream..???
If you are from general category then no chances at this rank but if you have reservations SC/ST, then you will get definitely at this rank.
Otherwise at this rank you can get Techno India Saltlake (core branches), Heritage (lower Branches), Netaji Subhas, MSIT, BP Poddar etc.
I want to suggest one thing, if you take admission in private college, then go for CSE, ECE, IT branches. In private colleges most of the tech companies comes for the placements. So you will get chance to seat for max companies.

The rank that you got is too less to get an admission into any stream in Jadavpur University. I think you can check other colleges as well that accepts WBJEE scores. I am attaching a link below by which you can check all the top colleges that you probably can get. Please check that and compare them.

By checking with previous year cutoffs,based on your rank you may get branches like construction engineering,power engineering,food technology and other pharma courses.You can check previous year cutoffs for the past two years in the below attatched link.

It is very difficult to get admission into Jadavpur University with 11300 rank in West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination (WBJEE) since all the students who belong to general have got admissions here have rank less than 5000 .You still have chance to get admission over here if you belong to reservation category .
