Yes, you can get into Indian Air Force upon completion of your class 12. Following are the names and entry of the post:
Class 12 or diploma - Air Force Group X and Y
Clas 12 pass and appearing - NDA
Under Air Force Group X and Y you may get into Airmen, technical or non-technical duties, medical assistant trade etc.
For both of these options , you have to appear for an entrance examination followed by interview and medical procedure. Via NDA also you can get into Air Force, however, you need to get good rank and have to clear AFSB interview and medical for that.
