Hi,
In order to get a job in Canada, you must have a valid visa unless you get a direct work permit which is a very rare scneario based on your profile.
If eligible you could look for a direct PR visa patway and once you get the PR approved you could find work opportunities in Canada however you would still need to meet the registration/licensing requirement to work as a Radiologist in Canada.
Canadian radiologists are performing more imaging exams than ever before. Along with the increasing demand for radiology, there will also be growing workforce demands in several subspecialties: mammography, interventional radiology, cardiac imaging, neuroradiology, and pediatric radiology.
Also, you could look for higher studies in Canada which will eventually make you eligible to get a PSW (Post Study Work) visa to remain in Canada post your qualification and find suitable opportunities to work in your field of interest .
Hope this helps
Wish you luck
