You can get employment in the following companies after earning a diploma in computer science and engineering;

Wipro, TCS, Tech Mahindra, IBM, Satyam, Microsoft, and Google

But in my view, you should continue your education to learn more.

Choose a B.Tech or BCA programme.

In terms of jobs, a B Tech is preferable than a diploma. Compared to a diploma, a B Tech offers greater alternatives for job advancement.

And diploma is preferable in such a situation to try for any professional qualification if one is unable to acquire admission into B Tech due to poor rank. After receiving a diploma, one may always compete with those with B tech degrees in the job market after gaining some experience.
