First of all you must mention your category in which you got 56 percentile score in JEE mains.
Now if you belong to general category or general EWS category or OBC NCL category then sorry, you are not qualified in JEE mains and hence there is no chance that you can get any NIT or IIIT.
Now if you belong to SC category or ST category then you may have qualified your JEE mains exam but still you cannot get any NIT or IIIT.
Now coming on to your mentioned ( in question) college, that is, LNMIIT Jaipur, then let's first look at lnmiit Jaipur's previous years cutoff trends.
In the year 2018 , the jee mains cutoff marks for lnmiit Jaipur were as follows :-
For 4 yr B.E / B.Tech course the cutoff marks was:-
Communication and Computer Engineering - 96
Computer Science and Engineering - 116
Electronics and Communication Engineering - 74
Mechanical Engineering - 74
For 5 year Btech + Mtech (dual degree) course the cutoff marks were :-
Computer Science and Engineering - 102
Electronics and Communication Engineering - 74
Now in 2019 when the percentile system came in jee mains by nta the cutoff rank for electronics and communication engineering and mechanical engineering branch was about 85000 that means in 2019 one must score around 92 percentile to get these two branches in lnmiit Jaipur, and approximately around 95 percentile to get into computer science and engineering branch in lnmiit jaipur. So you can not get mechanical engineering in LNMIIT Jaipur
So there is no chance that you can get lnmiit Jaipur with 56 percentile score in your JEE mains 2020.
You can better try for some other state colleges or some private Institutions - for example : Kalinga Institute of Industrial technology and CV Raman Global University for civil or mechanical engineering. Because in these two private college can easily get admission even if you have secured very low percentile score in JEE Mains

With your score you wouldn't be able to get through the cutoff for LNMIIT, as it requires minimum of 90-92 % for cleaning the cutoff.
I would suggest you to go through or check for other Engineering entrance exams.
