It is very difficult to estimate of your state rank in defense quota and female reservation until the state rank list comes out.Since there are very less seats in Maharashtra for defense quota hence it is very hard to tell how many students would be above you.

But you should be somewhere around the borderline for getting admission in government college, but chances are less.
