Hi, the cut off marks for ST Category in NEET Exam are 40 percentile that is, 107-133 marks. The universities reserve 7.5% seats for ST students. With 245 marks it will be a little difficult for you to get a medical seat through All India Quota or State Quota, but you can definitely get Management seat in any private college by paying the donation money.
