Can I get mbbs College after 1 year of bds

Dear Sneha, there are 2 things to it. If you joined in Private Medical College, if you have to quit your seat after 2nd year, you might have to shell out the entire course fees to the College as the College is forgoing a potential candidate for the rest of the course. This has to be discussed very early with the Administration. But on the other side if you secure a seat in a Government Dental College, you can apply for TC once you get a GMC in MBBS in NEET 2020. Eitherways you will have a Leaving Certificate to validate your 1st year studies and you will be fine. But you have to appear for NEET to secure a seat in MBBS. There is no lateral entry from BDS to MBBS. A bridge course is in discussions but nothing jas been finalised yet. If you are interested in appearing for NEET, you might find this helpful:

Hello Sneha,
You can get admission in MBBS after completing first year in BDS but that is also on the basis of NEET. In the same way that how you took admission in BDS.
If you have given NEET and you have a good rank that is your marks are around 580+ then you can obviously take admission in MBBS.
Hope this will help you.
Good luck
