I hope that you are doing fine
As you haven't mentioned your category or state or even the college in which you want to get admission , so I'm not able to predict whether you'll get your desired college or not but yes I'm leaving some links which you can check out.
Also , with such marks you won't be able to get any govt. college but yes you can try for private colleges.
As cut offs change every year and there are various aspects related to that like
1. No. of candidates
2. Demand for that particular college or university amongst the candidate
3. Level of exam
4. No. of seats etc.

It is difficult to predict the exact ranks beacuse it vary every year and it depends on the following factors
1. Level of exam
2. Total no of students appeared in exam
3. Category of candidates
4. Total no of seats
So according to the marks you have scored your rank would lie between 212272 - 252422
You can use rank predictor
So it is difficult to get government medical college
But you can get private medical colleges
You can use college predictor tool to know about the college you can get
