Congratulations  it's a nice score. Hope you are doing well. Yes , you have chances to get seat in 85% state quota but it is little difficult to get government mbbs seat in AIQ. As in the 2020 session cutoff for mbbs admission in AIQ was 616. There is a sight difference in marks for obc category students. Their all India cutoff in 2020 is about 600 marks. This year also the trend remain somewhat same.
Since you didn't mention the name of your state therefore it is difficult to predict college for you in 85% state quota.
Or else you can also try for semi government seat for bds or government seat for mbbs.

Yes, if you are from OBC-B Category and your marks is 599, then don't worry you will still have pretty good opportunities because of your marks. Considering the previous years cut-offs you would get medical colleges in the state of Karnataka, Andhrapradesh, Gujrat, Delhi.
