Hello aspirant,
Hope that you are doing well. It is little difficult to get government mbbs seat in 531 marks. As in the 2020 session  cutoff  for mbbs admission in U.P was 600.
There was a minor difference for OBC category students in the closing cutoff.
For the OBC category, for them the cutoff is around 580 - 590.
But you can try for semi government seat for bds  or government seat for bams , bhms , veterinary, etc.
