Getting a Government Quota seat with 226 marks in NEET is quite difficult as per last year's Cut Off! You can definitely get a Management Quota seat.
But all depends on this year's Cut Off. Cut Offs change every year. And considering your reservation category also in mind we have to wait and look whether you'll be getting or not!

You have not mentioned about your category so I would consider you as general category candidate.
I am sorry to say that with 226 marks, there is no chance of you getting MBBS seat, not even in private medical College
