510 a very less marks to get admission under 15% all India quota even for BDS dear student as this year cutoff have gone really high . depending upon your state there are chances that you might get admission under 85% state quota but also it depends from state to state according to the cutoff. While under all India quota it will be nearly impossible for you to get admission into any government Medical College.
