Dear Punert, Jammu and Kashmir doesnt participate in All India Counselling. So all the 100% seats are alloted for the students of Jammu and Kashmir who enjoy the domicile of Jammu and Kashmir. So if you do not have the eligibility of State Quota, you cannot apply for a Medical Seat in Jammu and Kashmir through All India Quota.
