See at these marks you will not be able to get any government medical college all over India.
And also as you haven't mentioned your state it is difficult to tell about it.
You should definitely go for state round as in most of the states, the cutoff goes down as compared to All india quota like West Bengal.

But there is very low chance of getting a government college for you. So If you can afford you can go with private colleges or you can drop or you can go with another courses if you don't want to take a drop again.

Considering the rise in cutoff every Year, W ith 319 marks, it is not possible to get government MBBS college, even if you belong to SC category.

Under all India quota, there is no chance to get private MBBS college but you can try for private MBBS college via 85 percent state quota in Haryana
