Hello student ,

Sorry to say but you can not get admission even  in any private college of mbbs with this score . As to get admission in private college at least you must have qualified the cut off of NEET and here you are even not qualifying the cut off of the category you belong from , so you can not get admission . That's why i will suggest you to work hard for the next year for scoring good marks.

60 marks are not enough to get a college for MBBS in India.
