Well, Anna University though has its own exam known as, TANCET but it does prepare separate TANCET cut-offs for GATE and TANCET qualified candidates. Your score might not be eligible for the cut off in ME; reason being, in 2017 the cut off for Schedule caste in ME was 21.8 and later in 2018, it was 23.1.
Hence, the chances of your admission on this score are difficult and most probably might not happen.

as I know, this university take admission M.tech through TANCET/GATE. as i checked-
Eligibility: Candidates must have a valid GATE Score with qualifying score for assistantship in appropriate discipline of Engineering/ Technology. They must have a recent TANCET score, that is conducted by Anna University.
I think this marks not be enough for get admission in this university, but you have to wait cut off trends of this university. thank you.
