can i get mechanical branch in mit if my unreserved rank in bcece is 209 and category rank is 94.

The rank seems good to me and if we consider the previous year cutt-off of BCECE PCM group which is 9281 I would suggest you that you have chances to get a college. And offcourse your category rank is also going to help you.
