Can i get mechanical branch or upper branches in government colleges of UPSEE in spot round councelling 2020 my general rank is 6900 obc 2100

I believe at a Rank of 6900 in UPSEE besides having OBC Advantage, you may have bleak chances in securing either of Mechanical, Civil or Chemical Branches in any good State Government Engineering College in Uttar Pradesh, with good infrastructure, faculty and residential facilities. Do keep a check on the counselling procedure and dates.
