Congratulations for your rank.

As per your rank, it is little difficult for you to get Mechanical Engineering till Round 4 but you can try in spot round and if there is any vacant seat left then you will surely get it. But don't depend on it totally instead you should also try for other government colleges in West Bengal. You have got brilliant marks so you will definitely get a good college. If you want Jadavpur University, then you can try for other branches also.

Yes if you have domicile of west bengal then definitely with this GMR you can confirm your mechanical engineering seat in jadhavpur university. For people having domicile of wb state it is easier to get seat in jhadavpur university.



Otherwise it totally depends on your luck . You can try for production engineering .
