It is highly unlikely that you will get admission in College of Engineering, Pune. This Institute is one of the best colleges of the state and hence provides admission to students who have secured the best ranks in the state's MHT CET exam. According to your percentile your rank is expected in the range of 15,000-20,000 and on such rank and category Mechanical Engineering in CoE, Pune and WCE Sangli is quite difficult because as per previous year's cut-off closing rank for B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering was 1057 and 2090 for CoE, Pune and WCE Sangli respectively.
