Hi Tanay,
At this rank, you won't get any branch in IET Lucknow. The closing rank of mechanical engineering last year was 8288( CRL ). I would suggest you to use college predictor so as to have a better view of all the options available to you. Below is the link for the same:

As per your rank you definitely have chances for getting admission in IET Lucknow but it would be a bit difficult for you to make it to the Mechanical Engineering branch.
