Can I get medical college after scoring 300 marks in neet being in general category

In this era of competition where people are scoring quite 600+ in the NEET exams it will be impossible to get a government college with 300 marks. Cutoff for general category goes tupto 150 marks.With 300 marks you can qualify the exams but you will get through the private colleges . There fees might be quite high. In this period, due to cut throat competition you will have to score more than 530 or so to get a good government college.
