Cut off for OBC category for NEET generally ranges from 96-118. You might get admission into a medical college depending upon the merit list prepared by the college that you are applying in.

It's difficult to get medical seat for 130 marks being in OBC category,
Eligibelity: the candidate should get passed in 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as core subject in both Classes 11 and 12. the age limit should be 17years, maximum age limit is 25 years.
The candidates should get atleast 40% of marks in physics, chemistry, biology for all the categories like SC/ST/OBC.
