Can I get Medical College with 390 marks in NEET2020 in General Category. I am from Karnataka State

With 390 marks it seems difficult to get a government medical seat in Karnataka if you belong to general catagory. You need to score minimum 450 to 460 marks to take government mbbs college under state quota. You can try for private colleges.
