Hi kaviya,
You have scored good in neet 2019 as according to last year data the opening marks for mbbs under tamil nadu state quota for mbc category were 343 marks.
It means you should apply for the counselling process to be sure for getting a mbbs or bds course.

As you mentioned with mbc category and 382 marks, your chances of getting a decent government college in your state through state quota(85%) are quite high.
As the admission to medical colleges based on NEET is given unsed All India Quota(15%) and state quota(85%).
