Dear Abhi, you havent mentioned your Category. Neverthless, to be honest, you have a fair chance. In 2018, under State Quota, these were the cut offs for various categories:

General Category: 469: Dr. Ram Manohar Lohiya Medical Institute

OBC: 429: Lala Lajpat Rai Memorial Medical College

SC: Govt. Medical College, Jalaun

ST: Govt. Medical College, Jalaun

Cut off changes every year and it is dependant on various factors like total no.of seats available, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, difficulty of tge exam, top NEET score and the candidate's category. Considering these cut offs, you have a very good chance at getting a Government Medical College.
