can I get migrated to punjabi university patiala from college under this university what is required percentage for migration in 2nd year

Hello,

As per the rules and regulations, you can't live a college or university if you have joined once. If you will leave then you will get penalized and have to go through lots of process.

There is no migration as no one can get an admission in 2nd year in another college leaving one college.

If you want to join a college then you have to go through the complete process of admission like appearing entrance, merit list for the college and counselling then admission. More of it, you will get an admission in 1st year not in second year.

There is no migration percentage for any college as no college does it.
