Hi there,
For the year 2018, the closing rank for Mining Engineering in IIEST shibpur for SC category and home state was 5506( SC category rank ).
which transposed to around 120000-130000 of Common Rank List.
These ranks could have fetched around 88-89 percentile.
Hence, I would like to tell you that even if you have some chances of getting into IIEST shibpur, the chances are still very slim.
