Hi
It's quite difficult to predict because cutoff keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like :-
******number of students that appeared in the jee main exam,
****** number of available seats,
****** performance of different students in the examination,
****** the category you belong etc.
But yes,
When we go through previous year trend then
>>>>> With 11k ews rank
You have low chance in MNIT jaipur even under home state
For example,
In 6th round of josaa counselling 2020,
--------) Under Home state , MNIT Jaipur cut off/closing rank for ews category was 5661 ews rank and it was for Metallurgical and Materials Engineering (4 Years, Bachelor of Technology)
You can check the same at
https://josaa.nic.in/Result/Result/currentorcr.aspx
You have chances in GFTIs like
----------) Institute of Technology, Guru Ghasidas Vishwavidyalaya (A Central University), Bilaspur, (C.G.) :- Industrial and Production Engineering:- 11269 ews rank
---------) Sant Longowal Institute of Engineering and Technology:- Food Technology:-11365 ews rank
---------) National Institute of Food Technology Entrepreneurship and Management, Sonepat, Haryana :- Food Technology and Management:- 11538 ews rank
This prediction is on the past year data basis but cut closing rank for colleges changes every year depending upon factors like number of candidates that write jee main examination, difficulty level of the question paper for different shifts of jee main etc so

Dear aspirant,
As you have mentioned that you want to know if you are getting mnit with this rank and taking into consideration that you belong you ews category so let me tell you that it's not possible in this rank to get mnit because to get mnit it is required to score 97.5 percentile to get into the lowest branch.
Although various factors are considered while deciding the cut offs like number of candidates appearing in the examination, number of vacant seats in college, previous years cut offs.
