No these are very less marks dear student and I am sorry to tell you that you cannot get admission in any government bams , or bhms colleges with this marks.  As cut offs are really high and this much marks won't fetch you a seat.

You marks are too less to get you a seat in government bams or BHMS college. You can apply for private colleges but you have pay fees for that semester wise or else you can take a year break and prepare well for next year to get a seat in government medical college.
