Hi shubham

The foundation is surely going to be strong with the help of NCERT . But for clearing the exam ,it is not sufficient. First you read the NCERT of both the subject and make your concept clear. After this, you can solve H C Verma, Universal for physics. The more you practice numerical, the basics will get more clearer.

For Biology, you have to read NCERT atleast 3-4 times. After that you can solve Previous year questions or mock questions. You can also refer MTG NCERT@ Fingertips. This will suffice your preparation.

For Chemistry, you first read NCERT and make your concept clear. After this, just go through O P Tandon for question practice.

All the best.
