Yes, you have chance to get neet college with 116 marks but their is no chance of getting government college, you can get private college ..
Here is the neetcutt of 2020 Category wise
Category Cut off
UR/EWS 720-147
OBC 146-113
SC 146-113
ST 146-113
UR/EWS-PWD 146-129
You qualify the neet as you are belonging from st category, You qualify the neet with115 marks..

Hello,
As you mentioned with 115 marks, based on previous year cutoffs, your chances of getting a decent government college anywhere are negligible even with ST category. You might not even get any private medical college.
Your best shot would be management quota seats in Private colleges, but fees would be very high for these seats.
However cutoffs change every year depending upon level of toughness of exam. So hope for the best and follow the counselling process.
