Can I get NIT colleges with her main barch 2054 rank and with +2 85 percentage

With a rank of 2,054, you can procure a seat in NIT's. But it depends on the home state of yours. Getting a seat in Other state quota seems impossible with your rank. However you can see the cut off range and ranks of the previous years in the below mentioned link :
