Hi Ashok, hope you are doing well, yes you can get nit or iiit after being disqualified in Jee advance exam. If you have attended and disqualified jee advance means that you have qualified to jee mains but somehow unable to do it with jee advanced. So, if you have got good marks in jee mains it helps you get nit or iiit. You should minimum get 120+ to get into iiit or nit.

Admission into National Institute of Technology (NIT) is done via JEE Mains. The marks and rank obtained by the candidate decide the stream and campus (out of the 31 NITs across India) that can be chosen.
FOR ADMISSION INTO NITs JEE ADVANCED IS NOT REQUIRED.
While on the other hand, admission nto Indian Institue of Technology (IIT) does require qualifying the JEE Advanced. The marks and rank obtained by the candidate decide the stream and campus (out of the 23 IITs across India) that can be chosen.
FOR ADMISSION INTO IITs JEE ADVANCED IS NOT MANDATORY.
