As you have not mentioned your category then as during that you have secured 25000 rank in general category in JEE mains 2020.
Now if you want a seat in NIT Trichy in chemical engineering branch then it is quite difficult for you to get a seat in this branch.
Here are the last year cut off closing rank for NIT Trichy chemical engineering branch for general category students :-
HOME STATE CANDIDATES :-
Male candidates - 22519
Female candidate - 26219
OTHER STATE CANDIDATES :-
Male candidates - 10643
Female candidates - 13292.
So as you can see that you can get chemical engineering branch in nit trichy only when you belong to home state and you are a female candidate.
