Yes by this rank you will get NIT college. your OBC rank is 15000 so your general rank is higher than that. With this rank you will get-
But you didn't mention any category of stream. With this rank you can get Civil engineering, electrical engineering easily. And CSE and mechanical engineering may be get in 2nd or 3rd phase of counselling. So go for counselling dear.
