See confirming the college n branch before the announcement of actual cutoff for that college n branch always seems meaningless as this trend changes almost every year. However the difference every year is not so high.

Thus comparing to previous year's cutoff for cse in  NIT WARANGAL yes you have strong chances of getting into it for both home state as well as other states.

You definitely can get a seat in NIT Warangal, but it depends which branch you are opting for in counseling and choice filling during Josaa.

While it is difficult to get CSE, you can try other branches. Fill your preferences in descending order,ie, best one first and so on.
