can i get NIT with 56 Percentile in ST category

According to your percentile, your predicted CRL rank will be around 4,82,000 and category rank will be in the range 12,500-12,600. The closing percentile for all NITs and IIITs is around 80 for st candidates. Unfortunately with your score it is difficult to get into any good government engineering college. You can give a try to private engineering colleges of your home state.
