For ICAR AIEEA UG 2019, you do not need any kind offline PDF study material, but your NCERT books would be enough for its preparation. For Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Mathematics/Agriculture a thorough study from NCERT and practicing various types of questions would fulfill you preparation requirements very well. Hence prepare well for the same.

Yes you can get previous year papers PDF easily of you search for it. Syllabus for the exam can also be downloaded. And as the syllabus is common for most of the engineering entrance exams you can prepare for the basic concepts that can help you.
