Can I get outer state eng cllge with tbjee which cllge accept it's marks?

see tripura board joint entrance is a state level exam. so engineering colleges in tripura will accept the its rank and marks to admission in this colleges. so if you want to get admission in outer state you need to attempt in jee main exam. hope you have understood.
