can i get pec civil engineering with 8600 sc category rank(other state) and crl rank 168000(other state) in 2021

In 2020 the cut off for admission to Civil Engineering in Punjab Engineering College, Chandigarh was 8138 for SC category under other state category in round 6 of JoSAA counselling. Considering the cut off you have slight chances of getting seat in Civil Engineering in PEC, Chandigarh.
The cut off changes every year depending on the total number of candidates appeared, difficulty level of examination and total number of seats available etc.
