250 marks in Neet is average score. You know the cutoffs change every year so it is quite difficult to predict. But if we go through the cutoffs of last year's then it would be difficult to get BDS in any government medical college even if you are from OBC Category. But in private medical colleges you have chance. For example, with 250 marks in Neet you can expect Kusum Devi Sunderlal Dugar Jain Dental College and Hospital, Guru Nanak Institute of Dental Science and Research under private management quota. You can check the cutoffs here

But keep in mind this is based on previous year cutoffs and this year it might change. I would suggest you to use Neet College Predictor tool to know where you

Hello there,
With 250 marks, your All India Rank will be around 4 to 5 lakhs approximately. Though you are from the OBC category, you still have very low chances of getting a seat in any government BDS college with this rank. You need to have your rank around 20000 to get a good government BDS college. You should apply for state counseling. You can try in some private colleges though, but they demand a huge amount of money. Also note that the cut-off rank changes every year depending on the difficulty of the paper, and the number of candidates appearing for it.
