Hello Aspirant,
With the NEET UG score that you have mentioned would hardly make you qualifying for NEET UG so admission is quite difficult without qualifying NEET UG but still kindly wait for the cut-offs because it will be released along with the NEET UG result which is expected in the first or second week of September 2022.
And even if you get qualified then also on such marks you cannot get any college for MBBS.
For your reference, the cut-offs for NEET UG 2021 are mentioned below :-
-->>> General - 50th percentile - 720-138 marks
-->>> SC/ST/OBC - 40th percentile - 137-108 marks
-->>> General-PwD - 45th percentile - 137-122 marks
-->>> SC/ST/OBC-PwD - 40th percentile - 121-108 marks

Now without getting qualified in NEET UG 2022 you cannot get admissions in any of the courses such as MBBS, BAMS, BHMS, BPT and other Ayush courses neither in government college nor in private college.

NEET results is yet to be declared so it's quite hard to tell your chances. It's scheduled to be declared on sept 7.
Your expected marks is too low so there is no chances to get any govt seat in any courses through NEET.
At your expected marks getting private MBBS, BDS and BAMS seats in Maharashtra state quota counseling.
You have chances of getting admission in private colleges in BHMS courses or physiotherapy colleges mostly, so if you want to study this two courses then you can apply for private BHMS/physiotherapy colleges in state counseling
