Since you have not mentioned your category so considering it as general.
So on such marks and category you have no chances of getting any private medical college for MBBS in Madhya Pradesh under state quota according to previous year's cut-off. As we go through previous year's cut-off then it shows that last year the lowest cut-off marks was 471 for Amaltas Institute of Medical Sciences under state quota for General category. But yes you can either try for BDS seat or you can try for direct admission provided that you must have appeared in NEET Counselling and unable to secure any seat through it.
