Yes, you can definitely apply for private college but only under management qouta. With 156 you won't be able to get a government seat in any private college across India.
To apply for apply private college under under management qouta, a candidate have to qualify the NEET examination. The qualifying marks for general category in NEET examination is 134 marks. As you have qualified the NEET you can easily apply for private college.
The fees for seats under management qouta is high and range from 5lakhs- 20lakhs per annum.

The chances are less of getting into private college with 156 marks in neet. Though private colleges have lower cutoffs but, for management quota seats they charge higher fees and your marks are quiet low to get into private colleges easily without any quota.
And moreover you belong to UR category, so it becomes more difficult as cutoff is high.
