There are many colleges which fall under the fee structure you are willing to give but for a true opinion it's not worth. Instead you should take next attempt next year.
The collges under 50 lakhs are St John's, KMC manipal, Amrita Kochi, CMC Ludhiana, etc. These are worth the money. The facilities are pretty good and the education is also patent. As per your question, with a neet score of 304 you can get several medical colleges where fees structure would be around 50 to 60 Lakh Or less than 15 lakh per year. If you belong from any reserved castes then also you may get relaxation . So the colleges which you may get are :-

2) Bharati vidyapeet,sangli :-9 Lakh per year
3) CM medical college,kuchandur:- 5 lakh per year
4) Bharati vidyapeet,sangli :-9lakh per year
These are the colleges which you may get at your neet score where fees structure is around 50 to 60 LPA.
