There are many colleges which fall under the fee structure you are willing to give but for a true opinion it's not worth. Instead you should take next attempt next year.

The collges under 50 lakhs are St John's, KMC manipal, Amrita Kochi, CMC Ludhiana, etc. These are worth the money. The facilities are pretty good and the education is also patent.
