Frankly, your score is less for a good government college seat. You must have a score of 450 + if you want even a good private college seat. Generally private colleges take admission on the basis whether you qualified the neet exam or not but there are some private colleges which take your ranking into consideration. So if you want a good college, study again and try to secure a better grades. Don't lose hope.
