As you haven't mentioned your category, I am considering it to be general. Your chances are very dim, of getting a private medical college. The deemed colleges you might be able to get are Sri Lakshmi Narayan Institute of Medical Sciences (Puducherry) with last year cut off as 152 and Bharath Medical College (Chennai) with last year cut off as 141.
You can try for mop-up round and you might be able to get a deemed medical college whose fee structure is around 21-24 lakhs per annum.
