Can I get rank in CAT exam preparing only for one month?
Hello student,
The CAT (Common admission test) exam is written to get into one of the most renowned colleges in india like IIMs to pursue post graduation. The minimum eligibility criteria for CAT is 50% marks in graduation. The CAT exam includes Verbal Ability & Reading Comprehension (VARC) ,Quantitative Ability (QA), Data Interpretation & Logical Reasoning (DILR) . If you have good knowledge and foundation on the above topics and can prepare more and attempt mock tests, then you can easily clear CAT. But if your aim is to get into good IIMs then the minimum requirement for getting a good IIM is 97-98 percentile. You still have more than a month to prepare attempt mock tests to make yourself better. If you can spend about 12-15 hours preparing for CAT daily then you have good chances of clearing it.Happy preparation.ALL THE BEST
Hi there,
It completely depends on your ability to grasp the topics, your problem solving skills, the english section and the quantative ability.
Since IIMs and other reputed universities require 97-98 + percentile but if you believe you can do it in such less time, then you can definitely. You still have more than a month to go for it.
I want to clarify to you that the mock test series by good coaching institutions is a must and you should take them as much as you can. You should consider taking TIME, Career Launcher etc. test series packages for same.
- Do follow a regular routine
- Divide the topics and allot time accordingly
- Work on your weaknesses and identify your strengths
- It will help you for making a strategy for the exam
- Give as much mocks as you can
